Yesterday we got to Skype with a third grade class from Alexandria Avenue Elementary School in Los Angeles, California. Thanks to Mr. McGowan and his class. Each class asked questions about school, community...... We found many similarities but differences as well! Mr. McGowan pointed out that if you Google Map both schools, you'll find ours is surrounded by green - trees and grass. Their school is surrounded by buildings and blacktop.
It was a great experience and we hope to do it one more time before the end of the year.
